Julie Barkley is the agency’s Domestic Director. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Bellarmine University and her Master’s of Social Work from Spalding University. Julie has more than twelve years of crisis and mental health work experience. She is also skilled in program development and implementation. Julie, who is a mother of two sons, has a passion for adoption. She is a true advocate for adoptive parents.
Nicole Cardwell is the Post Placement Director and also handles administrative responsibilities for the agency. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Louisville.
Linda Davis is the agency’s Executive Director. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Spalding University and a masters’ degree from California Pacific University. Her professional career has been focused on non-profit agencies, particularly those assisting women and children in crisis. Linda has extensive experience in program development, grant acquisition, and non-profit management. She believes that families are the foundation of society.
