Natalie’s resume is impressive!  She holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work, she’s a Certified Social Worker,  a Specialized Cabinet Child Abuse/Neglect Investigator, Public Child Welfare Certification Program Recipient, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), and Foster Care Census Taker.  Additionally, Natalie has received countless awards and been recognized by top adoption programs.

Natalie’s Story -  “While I hold many of my ‘work’ stories close to my heart and know that so many confidential conversations altered many lives for the better, I will never forget, nor relive, one of my very first cases where I was invited into the operating room to hold birth mom’s hand during her C-section.  The fear in her eyes and the grip of her knuckles over my hand sent chills over me, and I instantly felt both her emotional and physical pain.  Her pregnancy had not been easy for her, but in that moment, her anxiety was for the child whom she loved enough to place.  When the baby was lifted from her womb and shown to us, birth mother’s first words were, ‘I am so happy for the adoptive parents.  This is what I wanted for them.  They deserve all this love.’  She taught me in that moment that I love my ‘work.’”
